I have owned and operated A & D Motors Inc. for 28 years. We started out with just one employee and we have grown to 20 employees. We are growing on a daily basis but we will never be too big to have a friendly staff and always greet you with a smile. We specialize in Buy Here Pay Here financing. The best thing about A & D Motors Inc. is the ability to help my local community.

I was presented the 2016 Quality Dealer of the Year, 2024 Citizen of the Year from the Arab Civitan Club, 2024 Citizen of the year from the Town of Baileyton. I am also the 2024 President of the Alabama Independent Automobile Dealer Association. A & D Motors Inc. is a proud sponsor of the Parkside Outreach Program a 501(c)3 nonprofit on which I serve the community as the Chairman of the Board.

I came to work at A&D Motors in 2015. I am a team player and always willing to do whatever needs to be done. One day I may be driving the wrecker. The next day I may be buying cars. I'm the "go to" guy.

I have been proud to be part of the A&D Motors family since 2006. As the General Manager, I oversee various aspects of the business, including accounting, titles, sales, collections, and notary public duties. I'm also an enrolled agent. What I cherish most about working at A&D Motors is the strong sense of family that permeates our company. Our employees and customers hold a special place in my heart, and together, we've built bonds that go beyond business. Whether we're sharing laughter or facing challenges, I'm grateful to be surrounded by such amazing people.

With over 15 years in the automotive industry, Patti has developed a reputation for her exceptional leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the market, and her ability to build strong relationships with both customers and her team.

I came to work for A&D Motors in May 2020. I have been in the car business for 25 years. I have lived in the area all my life. It's nice to be back at my forever home and I strive to give the best service that I possibly can.

I started at A&D in July 2021 as a customer service rep. for the Investments & Title Loan Department. I assist our customers with payments, vehicle service plans & any and all other needs they may have. I enjoy coming to work, we are all a big family here!

Rex Cobb - Shop Manager

My name is Rex Cobb. I am shop manager for A and D Motors Inc. I run the mechanic shop. I manage all services thru our shop. We inspect all our vehicles from front bumper to the rear bumper. We fix any issues that come along. I Love working with our staff. I love working on all makes of vehicles. Its a great place to work. Stress comes with all jobs. It is a fast paced job. So if you don't learn something new everyday you are not trying hard enough. The best boss our leader of course.
